Shipping, Returns & Payment

The goal of Ferret Treasures is to make the buying, shipping, payment and if necessary, returns process as smooth and easy as possible for our supporters.

Shipping

Ferret Treasures uses the United States Postal Service for shipping almost all orders. Please be be aware international shipping rates are quite high. The shipping calculators are quite accurate. You will see the cost before committing to your purchase. Pooling international orders is a sensible option.

If we find a cheaper alternative method for shipping, we will use it and issue a refund. If shipping is more expensive, we will cover the difference. We do not intentionally overcharge or “profit” on shipping.

If you have any questions, you can always contact us for further information.

Returns

Ferret Treasures purchases may be returned or exchanged within 10 days provided they are returned in the original condition. You will be responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Should you have any problem with an item purchased, please contact us immediately.

Payment

We accept PayPal or credit card payments. Credit cards are processed by PayPal on their secure website. You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account. US customers may also choose to send a personal check or money order drawn on a US bank (in US funds).

If you wish to pay by credit card by telephone, please mark your order as a check payment. then contact us by phone or email to arrange a return call. Let us know a good time to reach you in the evening.  We will then call you to process your purchase by phone. We can also arrange to send you a PayPal invoice. Please recognize this will delay your order by up to 48 hours. As a home-based shelter, the ferrets (and regular job) takes precedence over store order processing. We appreciate your understanding.
