The Adoption Application
Please complete the Ferret Association of Connecticut’s adoption application when you are ready to adopt. You can apply online below. A copy will be sent to the email address you enter. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU’VE TYPED YOUR CORRECT EMAIL. This is how we will contact you about your application. If you do not receive the copy, you may have made a typo.
DUE TO THE DIFFERENT DEVICES USED, the online form may not work for you. If you have trouble, try downloading the pdf version below or email us at info@ferretassn.org for a text copy.
Alternatively, you can you can Print Out An Adoption Application , complete and return it to us by mail. Then Contact Us to set up your appointment.
Before applying, we ask that you read over the pages Adoption and Adoption Process so you are familiar with our policies and know what to expect during your visit.
When we receive your application, we will let you know if we have:
- Any questions or need additional information;
- Anyone suitable currently, so we can set up an adoption appointment.
Depending on your current ferret situation, we may suggest you bring them along. If all goes well, you can expect to take your new friend home with you that day.
If you do not hear from us within a week or two, please Contact Us by phone or email to follow-up. Errors or oversights can sometimes occur.
